Still to dark, better to wait for a Telecine or DVDRip.

Remember those images are resized on the fly, 2nd view->image for proper full size res. TS-CARTEL has the best quality by far:
spudthedestroyer wrote:nope, the TS-CARTEL is awesome quality, AC3 is very, very impressive... the bit with the doberman in the school is awesome, you can hear the dog's footsteps in the rear channel... really is nice stuff. Wasn't expecting that from a TS. The major problem with this is the darkness, I bumped up my brightness in ffdshow and it sorted it. But its a very nice TS apart from the darkness.

Unfortunately that can't be said for the movie.... I've never seen something so hard trying to rip of the Matrix, Equilibrium and *gulp* house of the dead. This movie is really bad, okay its not house of the dead bad, but its soooo lame, its utterly cliche. The days of just shooting stuff sensibly seem to be dead, you have to do a stupid f*cking flip everytime you kill something. Editing is unbearable, they have no confidence in the actors or the sets, you have a second to take stuff in, then there's a couple more flips and a gun shot. Utterly crap action and a total over indulgence in slow motion... *again* As expected, writing is really, really bad and fans of Resident Evil will feel screwed over yet again.

I'm assuming you went for the SVCD, stan? Well don't, you should no better by now ;) Its a crappy format, and its pointless for a TS, repacks are normally better quality since all the mistakes are corrected and you don't waste your bandwidth.
