only season 4 was condensed. Season 3 was done as was intended, but 4 contained all the important stuff that had been planned for 4 and also 5.

You sure?

Yup, I used to read a lot of stuff about B5. I've read a lot about season 4 being condensed, but never about season 3 (includes interviews with JMS).

BTW. an interesting bit of info from IMDB (Don't know if it is true or not):
During the run of the show, the show's creator, J. Michael Straczynski, was contacted by NASA officials who asked if they could borrow the design of the show's fighters - called, 'Starfuries' - for use on the International Space Station. NASA wanted to use the ships as a combination tug and forklift, adding, "Your design is the most practical we've seen." Straczynski replied that it was fine with him, but that NASA had to call them Starfuries. NASA agreed.

Yeah, S3 was untouched, it was 4 they were expecting to condense as it was going to be the last season till TNT picked it up.

Anyway, I do copy everything to my hard drive anyway, but the series discs are dispatched in order if you check the little box (checked by default) as shown in the picture

lol, you mean in real life? I'm currently inhabiting the body of an 8 year old Vietnamese girl in 1971. Ziggy is currently working on a way to sort this mess out but its going to take him ten hours to try and figure what I have to do.

If you mean in Babylon 5, Series 3 two episodes left (2261 B5 time right?), then onto series 4. I believe its the whole of that series to go, then In the Begining movie, then series 5 interspersed with TV movies. Then Crusade.

Sinclair has gone back and "is the one that was" :D

Nearly finished series 4 now, one more disc to go. It's a good series its just very rush, rush... which is a real shame. :(

If i'm to understand correctly, S5 isn't out on DVD yet in the uk right? (actually i know, play.com lists it as 15/11/04) I started downloading series 5, luckily they come down pretty fast. I have all 4 series that I've got through the post on my hdd (unencoded)... I was hoping that DVD9+r would be out and down in price by now, but I'm very dissapointed to see they discs are still a total ripoff... I may have to re-encode them :(

/me lets out an annoyed scream

God damn it, I had my capture gear all setup for Crusade (british premiere apparantly) on Sci-fi channel. I tested my setup, ace quality quick cap, and again, ace quality again... then B5: Crusade nearly starts, press capture and.... nothing, the timer doesn't move to show its capping. Check the drive where the avi is supposed to go... zip :rage:

*sigh* it's repeated on sunday, I'll capture it then garanteed :)
