wel for one you can use this, but don't expect dvd quality if you start from an avi

http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive ... vi2dvd.cfm

or you can ask nero to make a vcd of it,any dvdplayer will play that

My computer has problems with vcd's. Usually I have to use ISObuster to convert them to mpg format.

I use canopus pro coder to make a valid vob file, then dvdlab to build a menu system and bang your done.

Quality isn't nearly as bad as you might think.... not 100% but still.... not bad... if you fiddle with the setting right I have played it on my mates projector and he could not tell my avi convert from a dvd rebuilder cce convert.

I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

Even though I couldn't use it cause that's region 2, what's the difference between the mini series and the First series?

What was ripped out of the season 1 dvd's?

The miniseries were from 2003 and were basicly the pilot.
The series followed a year later.

The dvd's have the pilot movies and the series split into 2 disks.

The extra deleted scene's are cut to maintain the 4gb size limit.

I actually picked these up from ED2k.it. The look homemade from tvrips by the looks of the menu. The sound ain't 5.1 either.

But there a good stop gap until I can get the proper ones.

And it ain't region specific neither.
