Master of Orion 2 & 3 (PC ) (CD-ROM)

Weird and wonderful Sci-fi games. Mark clearly in brackets after which console it is for, if it is a pc game, do not bother.

I played all three parts. I still think part 1 is the best, part 2 is still fun and in some parts it's more fun than 1, but playing on a large galaxy you have to spend too much time on unnecessary boring decisions, like what to build next on each of couple of dozens of planets. As for me MoF 2 is too much scoped on building things and too little on tactics. In the end MoF3 has very little to do with 1 & 2 and is total crap - at least I had a feeling that player decisions have very little impact on the gameplay. Generally for those who loved MoF1 it's worth to try 2 and it's worthless to mess with 3.
