well there's no such thing as cyberpunk, cyberspace or cyperware, its a interpretative term rather than a easily definiable subgenre.
I can kind of see why A Clockwork Orange may arguably be there, although I don't really agree on any level. The Droogs are anarchists and anti-society, its set in the 'future', and its sure as hell not a nice place, alex is brainwashed by a (somewhat crude) use of technology to conform to state. 'cyberspace' isn't even a requirement if you check the text definition you quoted in the intro
IMO its not even a well defined word, let alone a real quantifier by which a subgenre needs judging by.
