Anyone know if thre is a good version of Emule for linux?

I personally use amule. As far as up/download speeds go it's one of the best clients I've ever used (on any OS). Don't expect a lot of bells and whistles though. It's basically emule with some releaser tweaks.

Mldonkey might be worth checking out. A lot of people seem to like it
