Not sure what language it is. Just from looking at it, it's mentioning something about '... a series ... in Thailand'. In the () is probably the poster's alias, 'archer'.

Some poor english-reading asian guy probably got it wrong, and he set things on a roll from there on...
I'll make a proper release of this - looks vhs rip with japanese hardcoded subs....
