Definitely not "Future World" that wrist watch he's wearing is of newer design ;)

maxpayne2409 wrote:/me awaits myks obligatory scene analysis

 OK here goes:

That gun looks like a standard 8mm cop issue so this is some sort of an authority guy I'm guessing. Since the gun it's not in a holster and he's not wearing any uniform this guy definitely isn't a cop, more like a sheriff, an investigator or even a bounty hunter :?

His hands are dirty and bruised but his fingernails aren't all that much so either he crawled in the dirt or might have also searched for an evidence or something as he's holding and inspecting what appears as a bullet but doesn't look like 8mm to me more like 6.8 bullet shell :?

Timepiece suggests this is indeed a human and not some sort of an alien visitor to our planet like "Abraxas" or something. It also suggests it's prolly shot somewhere late 80s to mid 90s but the movie could be more recent than that guys fashion statement :? There's no saying if it's some sort of time travel movie but since Max posted it it's prolly a real stinker and in English

There you go. I'm fresh outta guano dunk so it's time for an IMDB search

"Tremors"? :wacky:

well i can say no it isn't tremors (obviously), and yes it is early 90s and HELL YES it's in English

There are sequels to this film

This film is bad..... cheesey bad, like 3million year old gorgonzola.

The basic premise of film is

Man goes to island, fighting ensues, the end :wacky:

"Cyborg Cop" then :? That's the cheesiest movie ever I can think of... like there's this guy shooting two times and three ppl fall down  It's actually so silly it's great fun and prolly one of the funniest non-comedy movies ever made :outsider: That doors breaking scene is a keeper

Summer for most, rainy days for me :( You said you work in a shop or something so your job should be a bit more in sync with other ppls activities while mine is totally the opposite. Most customers go to summer vacations and expect everything to be up and running when they come back. I favor winter times personally ;)

you couldn't be more wrong actually, i hate summer too because its too hot, but also people don't shop much because after christmas they're all spent up, then around march april time they have all bought summer holidays that they need to pay for, then in summer they are all on said holidays so not in the shop, i love winter time because we get loads of shoppers meaning shit loads of hours for me

Nope. But it's a good guess. It's even more famous movie than that and it was shot a few years earlier in the same decade, Dude ;)

goddamn, I've seen this film when it came out. its about 3 aliens who are found & they wake up at some point. they are naked, bald & set fire to everything they touch, the crater pic is from the end of the film, its their spaceship that comes to pick em up.

fuck, now I wanna see it again

well i just tried googling the beginning of the sign on top iniva science fiction, and all the results point to Alien Nation but obviously that was made in 1988 and i dont remember any desert scenes in it, stupid google lol

that also looks like some sort of presidential or corporate helicopter

the return (1980)?

the only thing imdb keyword search comes up with for alien nudity and fire is phantasm II

I don't think its The return, I read the review, & it doesn't even come close to what I remember; on the other hand, it has been 25 years so...

but I'm 99% sure its NOT the return

I seem to have a memory fragment of that huge ball in the crater, also appearing in Starman (1984), but I could be wrong. they use the very same crater in that film for sure, but I think it was only light at the end of the film, that took him home (been ages since I saw it)

Would love to own & share it but you're wrong ;) It's not "Wavelenght" but you guessed it right a few posts before your last. It's "Starman" and yes, Max fell asleep at the end of it cuz if he wouldn't the universe would fold into a three-ply napkin he'd use to wipe his nose afterward :P

ed2k: wavelength.(1983).mpg  [782.44 Mb] [Stats]

oversized, mpg, and 0 full sources

the rest are just a 1967 film of same name, i have the soundtrack to wavelength by Tangerine Dream tho
