Prey is the story of Tommy, who is a down-on-his-luck garage mechanic, stuck in the middle on who-knows-where on some forgotten reservation, where Native Americans are tucked away out of sight, out of mind.

And then the unthinkable has happens! Earth becomes prey to the galaxy's largest predator, a space bound Texas-sized alien that's looking to satiate its hunger with the organic goodness that most populates Earth: Us. And the first course is a certain forgotten reservation.

I was playing the demo for a while and it was fun.

The indian that you play always uses the word shit and has Duke Nukem remarks.
You can interact with a lot of things (so far I've seen)

At the moment I've a bit of hope again if they release Duke Nukem Forever.

Duke Nukem 3D came out in 1996.
I saw the first screenshots of Duke Nukem Forever (using the Quake2 engine at that time) on september '97.
I wouldn't be surprised if they have a "10 year in development" issue somewhere :D

I think they will release it next year.
Otherwise we build our own Duke

No use rushing the Duke!
It'll be out before 2008 I'm almost certain, thought Prey was rather dull though.

I've seen it using 3 different engines, a video of it using the unreal engine actually.

For those that are doubters, i thought i'd mention, the gaming machines in prey look identical to the duke nuke'm forever machines i saw in the screenshots of the one using the last engine i saw shots in. It is most definitely in development, and we'll most definitely see it eventually.
