Is this version a version where the deleted scenes on the DVD are implemented in the movie?

Here's the english imdb site :D http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt0086856/

Hi,
the deleted scenes are not included in the extended version.
Besides, most of them are workprint footage, that's why I ripped the deleted scenes separately.
Compared to the theatrical version, there's just the alternate opening in addition to the movie (however it's just a manner of speaking, cause there's no opening in the theatrical version...)

yeah sounds more to me like its the regular cut only with the deleted scenes ripped aswell, which isn't really an extended version at all

according to imdb the extended version has a different intro:

Code: Select all
The Special Edition DVD contains 14 deleted scenes and an extended introduction, several of which make reference to Hanoi Xan, the leader of the World Crime League, who murdered Buckaroo's parents and his wife, Peggy. As mentioned in the "Crazy Credits" section, the World Crime League was mentioned at the end of the film as the focus of a planned sequel, but as of 2004 that film has yet to be made.
