Anyway , a few hours of rough searches do pay off......at moments this cheapo flick is NEARLY great....

Seems IMDb has got the posters mixed up, the one shown for the 1998 Breeders is definitely for the 1986 one (I remember the poster from the UK VHS release).

I'm guessing from that the cover above is for the 1998 one, but that doesn't mean that that's what the file actually is.

The 1998 one has Samantha Janus from the UK TV comedy Game On in it.

Was the year for this ever determined? At the end of the credits it says 1997, so one would assume that it's the 1998 version, and it didn't find distribution until a year later. But isn't that the one available on DVD? It's pretty damn LQ for a DVD-rip, so why would anybody go to the trouble to rip a VHS? And why the hell is the filename saying it's from 1996?

Bah, so confused. So we're assuming the 1998 version then...
