Unlike imdb states, "The Vindicator" is a pure action/sci-fi cyborg movie, not a horror, and I suggest everyone to get it, if you didn't already. :)

Going through my Xvid collection I found a really excellent German Rip of this movie ... don't ask: oh ok then - I grabbed it ages ago when looking for my old sci-fi favs ... It is on the eMule network ...

The quality is sweet ... dunno where the Rip came from (poss DVDRip or SatRip) ... so what I'm heading for is to Rip the English audio from your Rogue's release ... clean it up a bit and re-mux it to the German video ... the German audio is very crisp as is the German dialogue (shame its not English) so I'll try to make it sound similar ... as with most old VHS Cassettes, the audio always tends to be a bit too bassy & muffled ... that needs to be lowered and a very little high end needs to be added ...

That'll keep me busy for a while ...

Just checked: apparently I have an English language DVD rip of this that I got after I released the VHS rip. To make things more complicated the source DVD has been mastered from a VHS IIRC.

I'll take a peak at the rip tomorrow and get back to you about quality.

I can now confirm that I have a DVDrip. Like I said, the DVD has obviously been mastered from a good VHS source. But since it looks better than my rip I'll post and share it when I have time/BW. :)
