That's pretty amazing since that's exactly what was said in the quote. English 101 time, consult a language teacher. When someone uses the phrase like that, it means "the events, happenings and word for word translation of the book are real, and all took place". Not that the book doesn't exist... like "some people think the da vinci code is real", doesn't mean the book doesn't exist, just the content is 100% bull plop. I was referring to the fact there's slight mention of events that never actually happened, like the reign of King David, one of the most important people in the whole thing, that they still can't find any existance for his existance, yet they can find records about every little minor ruler in practically every nation. Which saying casts doubts on events is a kind of major understatement.
