<table border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="2" bordercolor="black"><th colspan="2">The Lord of The Rings</th><tr><td valign="top"><img src="http://inkpot.com/classical/images/gandalf.jpg"></td><td valign="top" width="100%"><P>Arguably the best fantasy book series ever written in modern times. J.R.Tolkien was a master of literature and as a hobby designed new languages, spending much of his other time studying myths and legends. A good friend of CS.Lewis (The Nardia Fantasy Series) Tolkien decided to also attempt to write a original work. He was attempting to try and summaries / collect the famous archetypes from world myths and legends and create a new story to reflect the modern age. While in the old days were iconography was common place in legend, the acquisition of some chalice, or item was the stories journey, Tolkien reversed it and the quest is to destroy a bit of technology, not acquire it. While this collection is mainly for films about his work I urge everyone of you to read this book. This book is one of those that will be read for all time and take its place along side the Odyssey, the Iliad, Paradise Lost, Danta's Inferno and other master works of literature.</p></td></tr></table><br><br>Navigation:

When Gandalf discovers the Ring is in fact the One Ring of the Dark Lord Sauron, Frodo must make an epic quest to the Cracks of Doom in order to destroy it! However he does not go alone. He is joined by Gandalf, Legolas the elf, Gimli the Dwarf, Aragorn, Boromir and his three Hobbit friends Merry, Pippin and Samwise. Through mountains, snow, darkness, forests, rivers and plains, facing evil and danger at every corner the Fellowship of the Ring must go. Their quest to destroy the One Ring is the only hope for the end of the Dark Lords reign!</table>
