This is by no means high quality d0c, not if that info is true.

Where to start?
Source.......: PAL --> NTSC DVD

This is not a DVDrip, its a PDVDrip. Someones rencoded a dvd, and to make things worse, they've changed the format. Anything that changes region format is never high quality. Period. You just can't do it unless your working from an uncompressed, cinema source. This is a custom pirate rip.

FPS..........: 24.975

Bad fps. Should be either 25fps or 23.97fps. This is related to the above and i'd be surprised if you don't get sync problems. Then again, looks like its done with dubbed audio so they wouldn't have known.

So this is confirmed as a pirate dvd encode, and not a retail dvdrip. ;)

The wise man has spoken to the doctor!
"Spectacular stunt my friends, but all for not... turn around please, what a pity what a pity." - gay officer in Spaceballs
"It has zombies in it, how can you not give a crap?" - Spud
